Hey guys! It's @famer here once again... And Happy New Year of course!

Today, I've been working on this for about 3 hours and got some progress that I think I could share with you guys. I got inspired by a wallpaper that appeared in the Vol. 186, No.4 of October 1994's National Geographic Magazine and the hand drawn art posted by @powersupersport.
I hope you guys like it...
BTW, looking for some feedbacks..

Very good for a start but the cliffs look unnatural with those ledges. And when you zoom in the trees on the hills look too uniformed (copy-pasted). There has to be some randomness to make the image more realistic.

Also the fact that the only thing you see in the middle (center) of the image is just a color - yellow doesn't really make sense (I saw some "glitches").
I want to know if you drew those trees or they are downloaded png's colored black.

For me it looks like it was put together with some objects and curves for the hills and not "drawn".

But overall for 3 hours that's good. There is still room to improve but... who am I to tell.

@thunder, firstly, thank you for the feedback...
I searched on google for 'royalty free pine tree png' and got those transparent background images, and painted the trees wholly black.
And those hills, I used the pen tool to actually 'draw' them. Those uniform trees, actually I converted the original tree to a brush type and used it all over the hills.
Those  'glitched' trees, they are actually some real 'glitches'. The actual plan of the "yellow" to be added was hide that the trees were just flying and there was not a real ground or something...(Just planned to cheat, like Gleb Alexandrov says, "Cheat like an artist")

That too much empty space thing, that was the purpose of the image, to just show the might of the fog over the scene...

The Random lens flare thingy, it's because I added lensflare twice, it's actually the lensflare rendered by Photoshop, it's no 'circle'.

For your final question, "Who am I to tell", you are actually someone I'll have to consult due to your experience in graphic design...

Thanks for explaining your idea about the scene so now I understand what you meant with the fog.
About the glitched trees - if you zoom in enough you can actually see a bit of a dark outline around them. My suggestion on that is - try to remove the dark outline or remove those trees completely.

For the last part - thanks! Even though I don't post most of my work here you still believe in my skills. I just want to make sure something is ready before I post it and some of my projects don't make it to the end so... yeah.

PS: I went over some stuff in this image (it's only sketched, I didn't go into too much detail).
Oh, I forgot. You can add a bit of clouds in there. Not a lot, just a little.

I intentionally made that dark outline around them, to make them visible in the fog, but now, I'm guilty..

The first one had a lot, lot of clouds, my bro told me that it was not looking good, so, I removed all the clouds... Probably I'll add some later...
Thank you for your extended feedback...

You are welcome!
About the outline, wasn't the fog supposed to be mighty over the scene yet you still outlined the tress so that they are visible?

I thought if those trees weren't visible,  it would've been a waste of time and energy...

Sometimes if something doesn't look good (in place) you just have to get rid of it for the sake of the other part of the image no matter how much time it took you to create. If you've watched Blender Guru's critique videos you would understand.

it's good for a first try but needs improvement in the composition and editing.

Gamedev, if you saw what Thunder said, it's 99% the same what you both are telling... REAL graphic designers are actually thinking alike!

It is better than the first one but it's got more work to do over the same things mentioned above.
