So i just thought that this might be pretty useful for new users, i hated the default look, it was pretty difficult to read through that, so here is the tutorial:

you can also add your own themes, by downloading or making your own .xml files but that is another tutorial for another day.

A lot of people don't and this could be really helpful for some people who are not used to the dark default layout of blender.

I personally prefer flatty light because of the contrast, its so much easier to read.

I also didn't know that. When I saw the 2.8 beta page I though they are updating the design, but it was just the theme. I am definetly going for that simple theme

The blender workspace looks so cluttered, a light theme improves the feel sometimes.
