It seems that there has been a recent change in the hosting infrastructure, therefore all new uploaded files will have the wrong root permissions set, and will return 403 (Forbidden). I will look into the issue as soon as possible. For now, please don't upload any attachments and don't change your avatar or cover photo.

The problem has been fixed. All file uploads are back to normal! Thank you for the patience
