It looks like it might be CryEngine. I dont think its RAGE, well FrostBite? My guess is CryEngine.

It's hard to tell. I'll be honest, this kind of scenes can be achieved even with 3D Rad with render baking (If you don't mind the performance drops and AA scripts). Good thing we only have 3 options to choose from . I'll probably go with CryEngine, for it's accessible by third parties for free and the artwork looks like the work of some independent artist. RAGE is proprietary and is not available to anyone other than Rockstar Games and anyone involved with them. Same with Frostbite. I have reason to believe can be Frostbite as well, perhaps an older version, because of that high contrast shading which is kinda common in some of its games.

Yes CryEngine. This one was kind of bad, but the next will be better and more strict
